Real Skills. Real World. Real Results.
CAAL's Business & Apprenticeship program goes beyond the classroom — equipping students with the financial literacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on experience to thrive in the real world.
Business Building Workshop
The Business Building Workshop is CAAL's flagship real-world skills program. Students learn how to think like entrepreneurs, manage money like professionals, and build something of their own — all before they graduate. This isn't a theory class. It's a hands-on, project-based experience that produces real outcomes.
Build a Business Plan
Students develop a complete business concept from idea to execution-ready plan, including market research, financial projections, graphic design for logo, and pitch presentation.
Financial Literacy Mastery
Budgeting, investing, credit, taxes, and wealth-building — the money skills every young adult needs but most schools never teach.
Entrepreneurship Mindset
Problem-solving, resilience, leadership, and the ability to create value — the traits that define successful entrepreneurs and professionals alike.
Real-World Presentation
Students present their business concepts to a panel of real business professionals, gaining feedback and confidence in a high-stakes setting.
Entrepreneurship
Most students graduate without ever learning how money actually works. CAAL changes that. Our financial literacy curriculum is woven throughout this program — giving students a foundation that will serve them for life.
Budgeting & Saving
How to manage income, build an emergency fund, and live within a plan.
Investing Basics
Stocks, index funds, compound interest — how money grows over time.
Credit & Debt
Understanding credit scores, responsible borrowing, and avoiding debt traps.
Taxes & Income
How taxes work, what to expect from a paycheck, and how to file.
Major Purchases
Cars, housing, and big financial decisions — how to evaluate and plan.
Wealth Building
Long-term financial planning, retirement basics, and building generational wealth.
Equip Your Student for the Real World
At CAAL, we believe students shouldn’t have to wait until adulthood to discover what they’re capable of building. Give your student the tools to develop their God-given gifts, create opportunities, and turn ideas into action.
